Description The System Support Analyst will require working closely with Applications Manager, Project Managers, end users, and support & development team members to deliver business applications for various departments within Air Wisconsin Airlines Corporation. It is critical to understand business processes and requirements that drive the analysis, design delivery of technical solutions. 

The position will be part of an application support team that provides expertise on strategic initiatives and mission critical applications. Assignments may include implementation, integration and support of a packaged application. Effectively applies communication, analytical, problem-solving skills to help identify, research, and resolve problems. 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Act as an I.T. owner of systems (which may include but not limited to: Kronos, Infinium, Ultipro, PMI, Onbase) to ensure they are implemented and configured to meet user needs*
• Supporting, maintaining and administering deployed solutions*
• Create and maintain documentation for supported solutions*
• Train end users and IT staff on supported applications*
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with existing applications*
• Respond and resolve Helpdesk tickets created by users to fix problems or answer technical questions regarding systems* 
• Identify business need, work with customer, business analysts and vendors to recommend and implement solution*
• Ability to tailor communication for technical purposes and for user-friendly language* 
• Acts as a team member, in projects that involve small, medium and large changes to existing systems or the implementation of new systems/processes*
• Lead small to medium IT projects with oversight*
• Help ensure security of all applications*
• Carry out other IT related duties which may be assigned from time to time*
• Understanding of Air Wisconsin’s culture and methodologies*
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills are essential*
• Attendance is considered an essential responsibility.*

Requirements Essential Requirements:

• Associate degree in a technology preferred
• Three or more years of system/analytical experience is required
• Proof of US citizenship or permanent work authorization
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills is essential
• Understanding of IT infrastructures such as IBM iSeries OS, DB2, MS Windows OS (server and client), LAN, WAN, security, file and print servers, web servers, application servers, database servers, storage servers, etc.
• Familiarity and/or experience with Kronos or general understanding of time and attendance software
• Familiarity and/or experience with Infinium or understanding of general accounting practices
• Familiarity and/or experience with OnBase
• Knowledge of IBM iSeries OS/400 
o CL
o DDS
o Job scheduling 
o Data editing tools – i.e. EZVIEW, Sequel
• Intermediate level scripting for Windows OS – such as PowerShell or VBScript
• Familiarity with TSQL queries
• FTP Protocol 
• Familiarity and experience supporting SaaS based applications
• Excellent software troubleshooting experience
• Airline related experience is preferred
