Overview:

Level 3 escalation Subject Matter Expert for a Managed Services provider. Manage Services vendor to make sure vendor is adhering to SLA’s. Serve as an SME on designated technology stacks. Be part of a team of systems administrators responsible for installation and proactive maintenance of the Atlas Air infrastructure. Systems Administrator is responsible for all VMware, Windows servers, storage, and Citrix infrastructure at all Atlas locations globally. Systems administrator will also work with project teams to deploy and onboard new infrastructure systems.

Responsibilities:

* Serve as a L3 escalation SME to managed services teams.
* Attend weekly meetings and provide monthly reporting to management on vendor performance across all technology towers.
* Maintain, administer and configure Microsoft Windows servers, Exchange, Citrix, VMware and other 3rd party applications.
* Work with project teams to deploy and onboard new infrastructure system
* Assist in maintaining and administering all storage platforms.
* Assist in troubleshooting and resolving server issues (software/hardware).
* Provide technical support to L1/L2 teams staff as needed.
* Effective and regular Communication across the IT organization.

Qualifications:

* BS/BA in Information Technology Preferred
* 3-5 years’ experience in the implementation and support of VMWare ESX environment
* 3-5 years’ experience with Microsoft Windows 2003/2008 Server; knowledge of Linux would be a plus
* Experienced with Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 and greater
* Experienced racking and building servers
* Knowledge of SAN storage hardware, including Dell Compellent, EMC, Isilon and Actifio
* Knowledge of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.
* VMWare VCP certification a plus
* Microsoft MCP or MSCE certification a plus
* Available for 24/7 rotating on-call support and ability to perform work on evenings and weekends
* Occasional domestic or international travel
