Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. 
Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or a related technical field enterprises with a:.Candidate must have experience supporting large en. Advanced knowledge of: RedHat Satellite Server in an enterprise environment, RHEL patch management, Secure Networking. Working knowledge of: Centrify, Active Directory, Symantec Netbackup, HBSS. Candidate must have a strong analytical background with accompanying troubleshooting skills. Strong communication skills also required. Per DoD 8570, Candidate must have certified CISSP or Security+ CE certification and a RHCE, RHCSA or Linux + certification. Candidate must have an active DoD Secret security clearance. 

Bachelors and 5 years of relevant experience 
Associates and 9 years of relevant experience 
HS Diploma/GED and 12 years of experience 

Essential qualifications for a successful candidate include an ability to quickly adapt to new situations, a strong commitment to a team environment (mission), a capacity to work with little supervision and the willingness to learn new technologies. 8 years of experience with previous work experience as a Linux system administrator/engineer is preferred.
