Seeking Systems Engineer to lead technical support functions for the Lower Tier Project Office (LTPO) System Engineering (SE) Division. Typical support includes providing Battle Management, Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (BMC4I) expertise and systems engineering for Army weapon systems. Duties include leading evaluation/analysis of BMC4I tasks, hardware design meetings, requirements development, and requirements traceability analysis. 
In addition, the candidate will lead as well as conduct BMC4I meetings, generate/coordinate technical reports and briefings, interface with government and other contractor personnel and provide on-site system support for Army weapon systems.

?Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science related field and 2+ years of experience OR Masters Degree and 0 years of experience required. 
System engineering and requirements development experience in Air and Missile Defense or related area. Will interface on a regular basis with government and other contractor personnel in a team environment. Must be able to analyze and resolve design and operational problems. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Some travel (approximately 5% – 10%) required. 

Recent work experience and knowledge of current and emerging Army, Joint, International and Multi-agency air and missile defense systems desired.
