This position will provide leadership in managing infrastructure delivery for Loyalty/Sales Technology and Enterprise Data Infrastructure within the Customer Technology Infrastructure group. Responsible for managing a diverse technical team that architects, designs and implements infrastructure to support customer technology applications being deployed in the environment.

As the Team Lead of the Customer Technology Infrastructure Team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the technical infrastructure team focused on project delivery. Details include the following responsibilities:

* Implement reliable and scalable infrastructure solutions which meet the needs of CTI

* Build strong working relationships with the delivery managers in application teams and other IT functional areas

* Provide solutions that must support the standards established by the Enterprise team and the corporate strategy behind standardization

* Coordinate infrastructure delivery priorities within CTI and manages the priorities/needs with the Enterprise Shared Services group

* Participate in the Midrange forum to ensure the requirements and needs of CTI are represented/met

* Provide infrastructure estimates to support business cases being presented for project approval

* Ensure business areas are aware of End of Service Life issues and track progress

* Evaluate and forecast financial/staffing needs to meet the infrastructure needs and objectives of CTI

* Define and monitor key performance indicators; manage continuous improvement effort with the goal reducing operating costs and increasing effectiveness, availability and overall performance

* Develop and maintain processes to ensure agility and high quality of services provided

* Liaison between Application team, Shared Services, MSPs, and Equipment Vendors

Job Qualifications

Leadership Experience

* Excellent communication skills, strong planning/organization skills a must

* Ability to communicate at all levels of senior management as required

* Proven ability to build and facilitate relationships at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally

* Proven project management skills and the ability to deliver multiple project implementations on time and within budget

* Action oriented results-driven leader who has a track record of delivering without excuses

* Ability to create and develop a highly skill technical team that can pull together to quickly overcome obstacles

* Must effectively work with customers to ensure there are no surprises throughout the engagement/delivery process

* Must build rapport with and gain respect from various technical and business teams within AA in order to execute on project commitments

* Experience in employee management activities including performance management and development plans

* Ability to work and negotiate with vendors to achieve the best possible pricing and services

Technical Experience

* Bachelor Degree plus 3 years’ experience in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline with an IT focus

* Knowledgeable in aspects of infrastructure architecture and engineering. Including: Server and storage platforms, application middleware components, systems and operational management, and general application architecture/design patterns

* Understanding of ITIL, Software Development Methodologies, SCRUM, Release Management, Rally, Plainview and Agile methods

* Experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement involving broad-based information systems, utilizing tools and techniques to effect business change
