Job Summary: Assign, lead, direct, escort, and approve work of technicians and third party project contractors. Follow up on assigned tasks through completion including reporting results of daily assigned tasks to management in a timely manner. Communicate unfinished tasks to next shift technicians. In addition, ensure the maintenance management system if applicable, is updated on a daily basis. Maintain, alter, repair, install and assemble all equipment and building systems associated with the facilities infrastructure. Ensure continuous reliability of facilities operations through required maintenance and repairs while following all local state and federal regulations. Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures. 

Job Qualifications: Valid Drivers License and good driving record. Applicable license (s) requirements include at least one of the following licenses through the State of Minnesota: Boiler license (class 1B a MUST), Electrician License, Gas Pipe License, Steam Pipe License, Refrigerant License, or Locksmith License. Working knowledge of facilities mechanical and/or electrical equipment as applicable. Ability to maintain, repair, alter, assemble, install and operate applicable equipment for which facilities maintenance is responsible. Work in confined spaces and at heights exceeding 75 feet. Must be computer literate and able to perform tasks associated with building maintenance systems where applicable. Ability to lift 75 pounds.
