Computer skills, team building, and self motivation working in the Tool Crib. -Receive, store, and disburse a variety of tools and/or materials to support operations in a team oriented work environment. -Maintain adequate inventory levels; and ensure up-to-date, accurate records on all transactions. -Ensure proper levels of stock and tools are maintained at all times. -Obtain needed information and process offsite tooling requests.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High School graduate or GED. 0 -1 year of experience with aircraft related support equipment including hydraulic power units, electrical power units, aircraft jacks, aerostands, tugs and forklifts. See Other Requirements in Job Description.
Assist with elementary, maintenance installations, repairs, modifications and preventative maintenance to ground support equipment throughout the facility, in a team oriented work environment.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions: 1.Understanding of ground support equipment and machinery to include, industrial safety requirements, forklifts, vehicles and other aircraft related support equipment. 2.Ability to use basic hand tools, measuring instruments, and other equipment necessary for job performance. 3.Basic knowledge of oils and lubricants. 4.Ability to follow all safety procedures.

Other Requirements: 1.Mechanical aptitude and positive attitude. 2.Mathematical ability. 3.Must posses a valid drivers license. 4.Must be able to follow oral and written instructions. 5.Available to work any shift (With possibility of non-standard work week). 6.Requires manual dexterity and ability to lift 50 pounds.
