Boeing's Enterprise Supply Chain Logistics group is looking to bring on a Transportation Analyst. The Transportation Analyst will join enterprise-wide and cross-functional teams defining export control programs.

Responsibilities:

*

Investigate and perform root cause analysis on complex compliance and logistics initiatives and recommend best practice solutions relating to transportation and logistics practices, processes and procedures.

*

Support investigations of matters under review - Identify, develop and implement corrective measures.

*

Integrate related information to identify and implement opportunities for business solutions.

*

Develop and deploy assessments that ensure compliance with Federal and Regulatory Agency guidelines.

*

Coordinate and leads a variety of internal process reviews, audit/assessment activities and support services.

*

Develop and recommend changes to new or existing corporate command media and process management procedures.

*

Interface with IT personnel on systems upgrades and testing.

*

Create training, user guides and command media on export control tools and requirements.

*

Interface with functional organizations on policy changes to the Federal Trade and other US Regulations.

*

Interface with IT organizations for system fixes, upgrades and corrective actions.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications (required):

*

3+ years experience with U.S. export control regulations

*

5+ years experience with Microsoft Office tools

*

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a United States Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. ยง120.15? "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Preferred Qualifications:

*

Bachelors Degree

*

Experience leading cross-functional teams; collaborative approach to problem solving & building enduring partnerships

*

Experience with internal system integration that supports US government filing
