Role and Responsibilities
The Business Development VP provides senior leadership in the areas of strategic growth, organizational leadership, pipeline management, proposal management, capture leadership and business development organization and process. This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President of the Engineering Business Unit (EBU).

Essential duties and responsibilities include:
-Strategic Planning
-Development and implementation of EBU growth strategy
-Organizational leadership
-Pipeline Management – US Federal services
-BD & Capture Leadership
-IDIQ Management
-Proposal Excellence
-Collaboration with Operations Leadership
-Collaboration with KBRwyle enterprise leadership
-Competitive intelligence
-Strategic relations with key customers, competitors and teammates

Requirements

The selected candidate must have a bachelor's degree with at least ten (10) years of experience leading US Federal services growth efforts including strategic planning, proposal management, business development, and capture leadership. This includes leading large, complex capture efforts and proposals leading to winning new business, and the optimization of IDIQ contract vehicles.

Intimate familiarity with FAR based procurements

Extensive experience with DoD procurement methods and proposal expectations is required.

The Vice President must have demonstrated experience conducting and facilitating proposal value proposition meetings and capture strategy meetings.

Team leadership and management experience is required.
